*At Marelli Exclusive, gowns are handmade and meticulously designed by the craftiest couturiers of Eastern Europe. Due to the exclusivity of the materials, order volume, or design complexity, the production can take up to 7 weeks. We will notify you of any delays and when your gown is ready for shipment
*Some customizations may require an additional payment. The price will be based on the material and complexity of the request. Please ask us before placing your order.
*We understand that sometimes an order needs to be canceled; therefore, cancellations made within 24 hours of confirmed payment are eligible for a full refund. Work on your dress begins when we submit your order to a designer. The designer does not allow cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds.
*One of a kind! Custom-made usually means that the patterns are made based on your size and not just modified from a standard template. The dress is created and designed uniquely for you; therefore, in most cases, a custom-made dress will have a slightly different design from the original model. No two pieces will be exactly alike.
*Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently or the angle of photo lighting. In most cases, we can provide a photo or a video of the fabric.
*Accessories and crinoline (used to give additional fullness to some dresses) worn by the models are not included.
*After the order is placed will reach out to you within 48 hours to confirm your measurements.
