•Your dress will be made according to your measurements to make you feel comfortable on your special day. 

•We strongly advise getting measured by a professional to ensure no mistakes are made. 

•If taking measurements yourself, please follow the Size Guide to help take your measurements correctly. 

•Let us know if you would like to make changes to your dress; such as length, neckline, sleeves, etc. 

•We will work with you on making your dream dress perfect. After order is placed, we will reach out to you to confirm your measurements.

•Accessories worn by the models are not included. Crinoline is used to give additional fullness to some dresses. Crinoline may be included upon request. 

•Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently or the angle of photo lighting. In most cases, we can provide a photo or a video of the fabric. Please reach out to us directly to request photos.

•One of a kind! There may be slight difference in lace or design pattern as each dress is handmade, and no two pieces will be exactly alike.

•Work on your dress begins when your order is placed. We understand, in some cases, order needs to be cancelled, therefore cancellations made within 24 hours of confirmed payment are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours of confirmed payment, your order cannot be cancelled.

•Our standard production time is 2-3 weeks. We will notify you of any delays and when your gown is ready for shipment. Shipping can take up to 7 days depending on the destination. Let us know if you need to order faster than standard production and delivery time. We will do our  best  to accommodate your request.
